“Sisters, sisters, there were never such devoted sisters.” That is the song that plays in my head when I think of Bella and Pecia. They have the closeness described in this old song even though they are so different in looks and personality. Bella, a 3 year old Great Dane, watches over her little sister, Pecia, a 9 month old Chinese Crested Powder Puff. Bella has a calm, patient demeanor, which is a contrast to Pecia’s spunky, rambunctious demeanor. Bella is elegant, especially when she runs. Pecia is more like a high school cheer leader with a wardrobe to die for, mostly in pink. Watching them play together is a real treat. Pecia hops around Bella on her hind legs, and Bella does a play bow to get down to Pecia’s height. Bella is so patient and gentle with Pecia. We always look forward to watching their antics on Mondays. Enjoy the spotlight girls!
