Meet Heidi! Heidi is a four year old Alaskan Klee
Kai. She was our very first Klee Kai and we were so excited when she
started coming here back in August 2009. In the beginning, Heidi was a
bit shy and apprehensive.
Since then, we have watched her grow and blossom, becoming more
confident each time we see her. Below are some fun anecdotes the
handlers came up with on Heidi: – While Heidi appreciates her youthful
appearance, she is tired of being mistaken as a husky puppy.
– Heidi has been working hard on saving enough money to go on an
Alaskan cruise. – Her favorite X-Game is snowboarding. – Her favorite
sport is hockey and she plans on getting her picture taken sitting
inside the Stanley cup. – In her spare time she likes
to yodel and collect stamps. – She often fantasizes about being a
champion figure skater. – Heidi attends a shed pulling class three
nights a week so she is trained and prepared for the Iditarod. – Heidi
prefers Eskimo kisses over French kisses. – If she could
bring back one television show, it would be “Northern Exposure.” –
Heidi has a huge crush on Arnold Schwarzenegger after seeing him portray
“Mr. Freeze” in Batman & Robin. – She sometimes claims to be part
wolf, although her size indicates otherwise. – Heidi
would enter a wet collar contest for a Klondike bar. Congratulations
you cute little bundle of fluff! We adore you Heidi and are happy to
crown you as Miss August 2013!
