Central bark in Grayslake is an Amazing facility it is so clean professional all of the staff. Their customer service skills are off the charts such a pleasant experience they exceeded my expectations going above and beyond GINGER My dog is a year and a half years old she absolutely loves going to daycare. She has also had a grooming experience. The staff even walks Ginger to my car and helps me put her in there.

Gabby at Central Bark in Grayslake has groomed my puppy the past three times and she has done a fantastic job. My pups a standard poodle mix and I couldn’t be happier with her cut . My dog is not stressed when she comes out. I feel she is getting 100% attention from Gabby while she is there. Thank you for a great grooming and taking care of my dog
I absolutely love what Jasmine did for my son’s dog, Ollie. I asked for a bath and paw trim, and when I saw Ollie, he was beautiful. His coat was so soft and shiny, and he smelled great too! His paw trim was also meticulously done. Jasmine did great work and I look forward to using her again!!

We have relied on Central Bark Grayslake for 13 years and 2 dogs. The professional and personal attention from the staff is what makes the difference. Our rescue started here when he was 3 months old, and 6 years later he still gets so excited when we pull into their lot.
The flexibility of scheduling has helped us many times. They will make sure your pups food is refrigerated if needed and medication will be administered. We had a grooming scheduled during his most recent kennel stay and he looked better when we picked him up, than when we dropped him off. Their groomers are professionals. Our dog can be difficult during grooming, however, they know how to handle that situation.
The staff even goes out of their way to provide owners with personalized report cards via text. Takes the edge off when you’re so far away from your dog. If it wasn’t for them, I don’t know if we’d be able to travel without him.
