Meet Elmo! Elmo the whoodle (wheaton poodle) is a fun loving goofy boy who has been coming to Central Bark since September 2009 at the wee age of 9 months. We have watched Elmo grow into the happy , confident and well mannered dog that he is today. The other thing we have watched grow is Elmo’s hair! He has the type of hair that grows into long beautiful locks… he’s the dog version of Fabio!
Speaking of Fabio, Elmo is quite the ladies man too…. he has an array of beauties that are gaga over him but his one special gal is Happy, the yellow lab. When those two are together, there’s no stopping them… they can’t keep their paws off each other! When Elmo isn’t schmoozing his lady fans, he’s running around the playgroup, searching for his next chase victim. Elmo has boundless energy and by the end of the day, he is one exhausted pooch.
Elmo just turned two on January 29… he’s officially a “teenager!” We’re not concerned that he will act out and rebel like many at this age. Mama Linda has been working diligently with Elmo on proper entering (i.e. no pulling) and sitting nice before passing the leash over. You are a very good boy Elmo and we’re thrilled to pass the crown on to you Mr. February!
