Hurley is a gorgeous four year old black hound/lab mix that has been coming to Central Bark since November 2011. He is friendly and charming, a great dog all around. Every Wednesday Hurley comes bounding through our doors, ready for action. Hurley loves to play just as much as he loves to cuddle with the handlers. Here are some more fun tidbits:
- Hurley is a founding member of the “Wednesday Black Dog Tribe.” He is currently recruiting new members ever since his cofounders Brew and Gordy switched days.
- Hurley is obsessed with the show “Finding Bigfoot” on Animal Planet. He spends his weekend dragging his parents to camp in the woods so he can look for tracks. He is also saving his allowance to take a trip to the Pacific Northwest in hopes to produce his own Bigfoot documentary.
- Hurley’s favorite board games are Clue and Chutes&Ladders. He always allows the more timid players to win to help boost their confidence.
- Hurley always chooses Marvin Gaye songs on karaoke night. The ladies go crazy over that.
- Hurley is a huge fan of Steve Guttenberg and has the first three “Police Academy” movies memorized. Hurley was ecstatic when he found out Steve G. is also in the new “Sharknado” movie.
- Hurley always had a problem finding shirts that fit him properly due to his long lean torso. He is currently working on his own clothing line named “Hurleez” and plans to expand his line to include dresses for cats and pajamas for goats.
Congratulations you handsome hound! August is your time to shine!
