Meet Norman! Norman is a charming four year old boxer that has been strolling through our doors since April 2012. Norman enjoys going to Central Bark, where everybody knows his name. On the weekends, he enjoys hiking, rock climbing and kayaking. Below are some more fun tidbits on this lovable boy:
- Norman was featured in People Magazine’s “Most Beautiful” issue, not just for his good looks, but also for his philanthropic work with various charities including the ASPCA and UNICEF.
- Experienced in carpentry, Norman is currently overseeing his family’s kitchen remodel. He was disappointed when his parents vetoed the “fridge with a dog door” idea.
- Norman was a top runner for America’s Next Top Model in 2013. Unfortunately, he got disqualified for urinating on the indoor house plants. He enjoys giving posing tips to his pals at daycare but nobody can do the belly up pose quite like Norman.
- He’s in the early production stage of creating his own flavor of brandy, which he plans on calling Normandy.
- Norman is still trying to figure out how Ebay works so he can sell his New Kids on the Block dolls.
- Being a huge fan of extreme sports, Norman has been rumored to have gone parasailing using just his jowls.
- Norman was supposed to be dog of the month last February, but he requested we wait a year so he can enjoy the spotlight for 29 days instead of 28.
- For Valentine’s Day, Norman is going to serenade Air Supply’s “Lost in Love” to all his girlfriends. He has been practicing since Easter.
- Norman claims if it weren’t for Muhammed Ali, he would be the greatest boxer of all time.
