Congrats, Rue Bea & Pepper!

Once upon a time (January 11, 2011 to be exact), a beautiful young schnauzer named Rue Bea started to come to Central Bark. She was a feisty girl who loved to chase and play with all of her fellow furry friends. Rue Bea came in two to three times a week, loving every moment and then one day, everything changed. It was a typical fun spring morning and as all the dogs were entering the playgroup for morning play, a lone schnauzer figure came out of the shadows. His name was Pepper, and he was our new foster. As Rue Bea’s and Pepper’s eyes met for the first time there was instant chemistry. After the initial butt sniffs were over, there was no turning back… these two were inseparable! That night, Rue Bea went home and told her mommy all about the boy she met and how he is available for adoption. She continued to tell mom over and over and over again until mommy agreed to meet him. The rest is history. Since then, Rue Bea and Pepper’s relationship has blossomed into brother and sister. Every once in awhile there will be some sibling rivalry between the two… whether it be who gets through the door first, whose turn it is to play with the new kid or whose turn it is for some TLC! No worries though, they always make up and never leave Central Bark angry! These two schnauzers are full of pep and spirit. Their big brown eyes melt our hearts every time and Pepper’s whispery bark (or lack thereof) always brings a smile to our lips. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. August 2012!
