Mallory, a Rock Hill, SC native, graduated from Wingate University in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology. Her passion for animal care and commitment to making a meaningful impact in the industry led her to begin her career at Central Bark that same month as an Enrichment Specialist.
From the start, Mallory stood out for her strong work ethic, dedication, and genuine enthusiasm for animal welfare. She finds deep fulfillment in building daily connections with the dogs in her care and takes pride in creating positive, enriching experiences for every pup. Over the next year and a half, Mallory’s leadership qualities and unwavering commitment to both her team and the animals helped her rise quickly within the company. In January 2025, she was promoted to Assistant Manager, a role in which she continues to thrive.
Looking ahead, Mallory hopes to expand her experience in the animal care field, whether by working in a zoo or animal sanctuary, or one day owning her own Central Bark franchise. Her long-term vision is to combine her love for animals with her leadership strengths to create a welcoming, enriching environment for dogs and their owners alike. When Mallory is not at work, she enjoys hanging by the pool, painting, or spending time with her friends and family.
