What do bunny rabbits, eggs, treats, and occasional sunny days have in common? They all show up in March and they are all exciting to March’s Dog of The Month, Miller! She is an all-energy two year-old who can be seen at Central Bark two to three times per week. Miller loves energetic romping with her playmates, getting hugs from our play group leaders, and being reunited with her Mom, Ann, at the end of the play day. Ann has been bringing Miller to play for the past year. Miller also enjoys getting her oatmeal baths here.
Ann is a business banker and philanthropist who has helped organizations including The Cleveland Animal Protective League and OutRun Ovarian Cancer (oroc.org). Ann is a devoted pet parent and smiling presence at Central Bark.
There is a reason Labradors have been the most popular dog in America for the past 25 years. They are even-tempered and fun-loving. Labradors love to eat, but Miller has maintained a healthy weight. A 14-year study on Labradors found that a lean body shape leads to an average life expectancy gain of two years.
We are glad we will be able to enjoy Miller for many years to come. Congratulations to Miller, our Dog of the Month!
