Congrats to Grace for being our July Dog of the Month! Grace is a two year old Mastiff with the sweetest personality ever, hence her name! You wouldn’t think of a mastiff being too graceful, but this big girl is a gentle giant. Her demeanor & personality brings a special presence with each time she comes to see us. When she first started daycare, she was a bit on the shy side, and preferred to hang with the little dogs, rather than the big guys. She was a little nervous to go in a kennel too. But now, she bounces through the front door with the biggest grin on her face! She has gained so much confidence that now she prefers to wrestle around with the biggest dogs we have in the program! When she plays, she makes the most ferocious faces, but all of her pals know that she wouldn’t even hurt a fly. Grace was rescued by her very loving mom that enjoys spoiling her to pieces. How could anyone have resisted Grace’s sweet face! Mom i s always sure to send some of Grace’s favorite snacks along for lunch time snack, which includes cauliflower! It is the cutest thing to watch a mastiff gently gobble up vegetables out of the staff’s hands. It makes us chuckle every time. We are so proud to have her as part of our pack. Daycare wouldn’t be the same without her anymore. We have enjoyed watching Grace blossom into the wonderful lady she is! Enjoy your month in the spotlight Grace, you deserve it!
