Meet Phoenix! Phoenix is a beautiful eight-year-old red Doberman that has been enjoying play dates at the Bark for the past seven years. Phoenix has many friends here, but her favorites are Bree, Boone, Cheeto and Comet. Below are some more intriguing bits on this amazing gal:
– She likes to start her day by dancing to “Me Too” by Meghan Trainor as she gets ready for daycare. On the way here, she will sing “What a Feeling” by Irene Cara at the top of her lungs.
– Phoenix made it to the final three contestants in Season 4 of America’s Next Top Model but got disqualified for pooping in one of the contestant’s shoes. To this day, Phoenix swears it was an accident.
– She has created her own language and is trying to copyright her own “Hooked on Phoenix” tapes.
– Besides being beautiful, she has a comedic side to her and does stand up every third Saturday at Zanies in Rosemont.
– Phoenix likes to pretend she’s Danica Patrick when she races around the group and will make “beep beep” noises for the other dogs to get out the way.
– She wanted to dress up as a mystical phoenix for Halloween, however, she wanted to set the costume on fire and mom said no way.
– Phoenix is very grateful to have a loving home and wonderful mommy so she donates her time to help homeless pets whenever she can.
– Phoenix plans on retiring to Anchorage, Alaska. She hates the desert and scorpions.
