We brought our dog for a few day of boarding and he had a great time! The facility is very clean and spacious. Carol and her team are caring and knowledgeable, and they provided pics of our pup each day. We are looking forward to going back in the future!

Carol and her staff took the time to get to know his personality, respected his boundaries, and made sure he felt safe and comfortable throughout his stay. I especially appreciated receiving daily pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind and reassurance that he was happy, relaxed, and being cared for with love and attention.
When I picked him up after 20 days, he was calm, content, and clearly well cared for, something that means everything to me as a rescue dog parent. It’s obvious that this place truly cares about the animals, treating them not just as pets, but as family.

As soon as I walk in, I was shocked at how clean it looked smelled and was. after a tour and thorough explanation of how their property works, I was even more excited to begin working with Central Bark. Being around the staff, you can sense their care and commitment and for the dogs that spend time there. I even had one of the kids come out of the back and thank me for bringing my dog in because he was such a joy.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Central Bark Danbury. From the very beginning, the staff took the time to thoroughly go over all of our dogs’ care instructions, making sure medications and feeding routines were followed exactly as requested. That attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind.
They also went above and beyond by setting our dogs up in a larger kennel so they could stay together and remain comfortable and relaxed. Knowing they weren’t separated made a huge difference for us.
One of the best parts was receiving daily “report cards” complete with pictures and videos. Seeing how happy and well-cared-for our dogs were each day helped us truly relax and enjoy our trip, knowing they were in great hands.
