Training Tutor
Personalized one-on-one training sessions during day care visits help your dog develop important skills and behaviors like name recall, sit, stay, down, wait, leave-it, door and gate control, and loose-leash walking. Excellent for your dog and easy for you! Your dog will come home tired and well-socialized, with the training and skills they need to be a well-behaved member of your family.
One-on-One Enrichment
Personalized One-on-One Enrichment sessions give your dog the extra attention they love and the freedom to use their senses and safely explore their instincts through interactive toys, puzzles, and games. It’s fun and rewarding and exercise their bodies and minds and engage their senses. Add complexity with fitness and agility equipment.
Rest Period Enrichment
Your dog gets to relax and recharge in their own private space with calming interactive toys and healthy food pairings tailored to their preferences and diet. It promotes physical and mental relaxation which can help them achieve a healthy balance of play, learning, and rest. It can also help them become more comfortable in crates by building positive associations.

| Basic Life Skills Grow your hands-on training and management skills with your dog, no matter their age! | Intermediate Life Skills Continue developing all the important life skills that you laid the foundations for in the Basic Life Skills class. You’ll start to combine your skills to mimic real-life scenarios, with more training challenges in class and at home! | Advanced Life Skills Take your life skills to the next level! You’ll compete with your classmates in fun training challenges and continue to strengthen your relationship with your dog as you develop your skill set together. This class is a great steppingstone to begin preparing you and your dog for the AKC Canine Good Citizen test. We have recently left Luna for 7 days of boarding and we felt at ease and confident that she would get her medications and she would be treated with patience and care. We could not recommend Central bark more!!!
The staff is wonderful, welcoming, and clearly loves the dogs in their care. Joey gets excited to go, which says everything! For example, one of the staff members recently greeted him by name and gently helped him settle in with his favorite toy, which made drop-off so easy. Whether he’s there for the day or staying overnight, I feel completely comfortable leaving him with the Central Bark team.
Finding a place you can truly trust with your dog is priceless, and Central Bark has earned our trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and fun place for their four-legged family member. Joey gives them five paws up! 🐾❤️

For dogs, being comfortable in a crate is a life skill that is incredibly useful for them and their owners. If you have ever traveled with your dog or had the unfortunate experience of an overnight stay at the vet, knowing your dog is comfortable in a crate is immeasurably comforting.
Crate training can take just days or a few months, based on your dog’s age, temperament, and past experiences with crates. The two keys to successful crate training are to keep the experience positive and go slowly.
When your puppy is not in their crate, keep the door open and reward them every time they choose to enter, even if you didn’t ask them to enter it. When crating your puppy, give them a safe enrichment item (like a stuffed Kong) that will keep them busy and allow them to self-soothe while confined. Remember that crate training should take place in a series of small, slow steps that will help your puppy become more comfortable.
