March is a month that is filled with special days to celebrate. Betcha didn’t know that! March 1st is National Pig Day, the 2nd is Dr. Seuss’s Birthday, the 8th is Mardi Gras and the 20th is Big Bird’s Birthday. Who can forget that the 17th is St. Patrick’s Day – and the list for March goes on and on. It is American Red Cross Month, National Noodle Month and the good times to celebrate just continue. However, around here, March is special because we can celebrate our March Dog of the Month, Zoey! Zoey is a beautiful Goldendoodle ~ heavy on the golden and light on the doodle. Look at that picture because it is highly unusual. It is rare because a sighting of Zoey laying down is as bizarre as sighting a UFO would be (well, for some people!). Zoey is always where the action is and is not often seen sitting still! In Doggy Day Care circles, Zoey is known as a PLAYER! She is the life of the party and can always be found playing with anyone, anywhere, anytime and every day! Her parents, Chris and Jen, must have a lot of stamina to keep up with this cupcake! Zoey embodies the best of two wonderful breeds ~ a Golden Retriever and a Poodle. They don’t come any better than this sweet, full-of-life lady. Congratulations Zoey on being selected as the March Dog of the Month!
