Wondering what to do with your dog this month? Summer may be winding down, but there’s still lots of fun to be had this month with your pooch! Here are three great dog-friendly events in the Naperville – Aurora area in September:
Dog Daze

This annual free dog event hosted by the Downers Grove Park District will have a TON of great activities: A fun photobooth for you and your pooch, non-competitive agility course for dogs of all skill levels, pet-safe foam party, splash zone, pet pampering station, peanut butter licking contest, and a doggie fashion parade to cap it all off! For the people, enjoy food vendors, pet vendors, and live music.
Two Bostons 2025 Pet Wellness Fair

Support Naperville’s A.D.O.P.T. pet shelter with a fun evening of craft beer, great food, live music, fun raffle prizes, and so much more. Tickets are $35/person and get you 2 beverages of your choice (beer, vodka seltzer, Good Boy mule, non-alcoholic beer, pop, or sparkling water). Food is also available for purchase. All proceeds benefit the animals at A.D.O.P.T.
