“A Dog lives for the day, the hour, even the moment.” We know this to be true and no dog lives for the moment like our March Dog of the month, Barley. This handsome golden boy is one who loves to have a good time and make sure everyone else is having a good time as well. Barley is a playful nearly four year old Golden Retriever, who hasn’t slowed down in the least since he and his family started with us over 3 years ago. Yep, this awesome guy has been with us since he was a tiny pup and it has been beyond amazing watching this guy grow and continue to become even more of a social butterfly with each and every visit. He has almost too many friends to name, but some of his favorites include Yeti, Sully, Betty, and his lady Ivy. With this boys’ good looks, smarts, and charming personality it’s no surprise that he is so popular. Barley and Ivy have been a pair pretty much since he laid eyes on her. These two love to spend time together; whether they are romping about, playing fun games, sharing toys, or just resting next to each other, it doesn’t matter they just enjoy each other’s company. When he’s not playing with friends or strolling with his lady, Barley enjoys a good ear rub while his wiggly behind is placed directly on the feet of his playgroup leaders. The closer he can get to us the better and we certainly enjoy it. We are so proud of you Barley! Enjoy your month as the star, no one deserves it more!
