Get your puppy off to a great start with Puppy Hour, a FREE supervised puppy playtime and social hour at Central Bark® Fort Walton Beach. Not only is Puppy Hour loads of fun, but it also provides a crucial opportunity for puppies to socialize during their “sensitive period” between 8 and 16 weeks of age. Socialization is essential for preparing your dog to enjoy interactions and feel comfortable with other animals, people, places, and activities.
You and your puppy are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like until your pup reaches the age limit. Join us to meet our staff, speak with our trainer and groomer, and explore our facility. At Central Bark, our mission is to nurture and enrich your dog’s life, and starting your pup on the right paw with puppy socialization is a fantastic way to achieve this goal!

- Engage in supervised, off-leash playtime with similarly aged, vaccinated puppies.
- Receive attentive supervision from experienced caregivers, ensuring all play remains safe and suitable.
- Familiarize themselves with new dogs, humans, toys, environments, and challenges.
- Encounter intriguing obstacles designed to promote age-appropriate socialization and exposure.

Rules & Requirements:
- Limited to puppies aged 8–16 weeks.
- Prior registration is mandatory.
- Proof of up-to-date Bordetella and DHPP vaccinations is necessary.
- Children with a dedicated adult are welcome to participate* There will be learning opportunities for children too!
- Adherence to CDC guidelines, including social distancing and mask-wearing, is mandatory.
- Only regular 6-foot flat leashes and quick-release collars are permitted; retractable or flexi-leads are prohibited in the lobby. If your dog typically wears a harness, feel free to bring it along.
