To ensure the safety and health of all animals, customers, and staff at this Central Bark® facility, you agree to comply with and understand the following Rules and Regulations which are subject to change at any time without notice:
HOURS OF OPERATION: This Central Bark facility is open Monday through Friday *7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. This facility closes promptly at 6:30 p.m. M-F. Late charges of $1.00 per minute will be applied.
*Hours of operation and late fees may vary by location. Please see applicable website for details.
SEX: All dogs must be spayed or neutered unless they are under 6 months of age or participating solely in Grooming services or select Boarding and Training programs, as outlined below:
| Enrichment Day Care & Sleepovers (Group Play) | Required for all dogs over 6 months of age. |
| Stay-n-Play & Day-n-Play (Individual Play) | Not required for male dogs. Required for female dogs over 1 year of age OR who have been through a heat cycle. |
| Grooming | Not required. |
| Group Classes & Events | Not required. |
VACCINATIONS: All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Specifically, the vaccines required are Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Rabies and Bordetella.
You must submit written verification that Your Dog has current DHPP, Rabies and Kennel Cough vaccinations. You will receive reminders when vaccination verifications are due. It is your responsibility to provide on-going verification of current vaccinations. You will be charged a fee if it is necessary for our staff to secure additional verification.
Puppies may start a Central Bark® program before receiving their Rabies vaccine (or as required by local law) and before being spayed/neutered, provided both are completed by 6 months of age. However, it’s important to note that under-vaccinated dogs are at a higher risk of contracting diseases. By enrolling your puppy, you acknowledge and understand this risk.
GENERAL HEALTH: All dogs must be in good health. You must certify that Your Dog is in good health and have been free from any condition that could potentially jeopardize other guests. You must inform the applicable Central Bark® facility of any known medical condition of Your Dog in advance of the Service. Dogs who have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
If, at any time during care, our staff discovers fleas or ticks on Your Dog, treatment will be applied and charged to the you at our then current rate, per dog. We will examine (“Spot-Check”) Your Dog for signs of fleas and ticks at check-in and we will not admit Your Dog to daycare or ANY Service if we discover any.
Our Spot Check for fleas and ticks is not a substitute for your own vigilance. The fact that Your Dog passes our spot check is not a guarantee that it does not have fleas and/or ticks. You are responsible to regularly inspect Your Dog. We highly recommend a flea and parasite preventative, excluding flea/tick collars.
FOOD: All food brought to the Central Bark® facility must be stored in an airtight, sealable plastic Tupperware style container. Plastic baggies or opened dog food bags are not acceptable. Food for Sleepovers and Stay-n-Plays must be divided into separate meals. If this is not done, the facility will do this to ensure proper food proportions and will charge you a fee.
BEHAVIOR: All dogs must pass the Central Bark® Proprietary Behavior Assessment for enrollment in our Day Care, Sleepover, and Stay-n-Play programs. All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective.
For ALL SERVICES, including Grooming and Training, you must certify that Your Dog has not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog(s). Please remember that your pet will be spending time with or near other pets and that their safety and health is our main priority. Although group play is supervised, Your Dog still might acquire an occasional nip or scratch. Quick Release Collars are required with nametags. Retractable Leases are not permitted.
AGE: Any age dog/puppy is allowed at Central Bark® facilities as long as the dog/puppy meets our criteria.
ENROLLMENT: All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date and approved enrollment form on file. For Day Care and Sleepover services, clients must commit to recurring one-day/week minimum program participation. If this weekly commitment is not met each month, Your Dog may be required to under-go a re-assessment and fees may apply. If Your Dog has been out of day care for one month or more, re-assessment is required, and fees will be applied. For grooming services, we recommend regular, recurring services every 4-8 weeks for the health and comfort of Your Dog and to keep their coat in good condition. If you cancel your weekly membership, you must wait two weeks before starting a new membership, with the waiting period beginning on the first day you return for a Service. ALL REQUIRED FORMS MUST BE SIGNED BY YOU BEFORE ENROLLMENT.
RESERVATIONS & FEES: Reservations are required for all Services. Fees for Services will be at the rates published at the time the Service is purchased. You must pay for all Services prior to or at the time they are rendered. Cash, check or MasterCard/Visa are accepted. Membership fees are auto-charged, and membership perks expire 30 days from purchase or as indicated as part of your membership. Weekly day care membership perks may be applied to Sleepover stays. Non-members may schedule week to week but will not receive priority scheduling and are subject to higher fees. We reserve the right to send any unpaid fees to collections, and you understand and agree that you are responsible for all costs incurred as a result.
CANCELLATION: We do our best to accommodate reasonable schedule changes for services, however changes are subject to availability, and all reservation changes and cancellations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled reservation or full fees will be invoiced to you and charged to the payment method on file. Prepaid deposits may be required to reserve services and are nonrefundable in the event of cancellation. Please be advised that memberships are non-refundable.
PRIVACY POLICY: Your use of the Services is subject to the privacy policy on the Central Bark website, which may be found at centralbarkusa.com.
