These handsome black labs have been coming to CBDDC Lake Country and Sussex for the last couple of years. Bear had a tough time getting along with other dogs initially. We worked with a trainer and Bear’s family to modify his group behavior. The trainer also recommended that Bear switch to a more nutritious diet. The combination of providing training and a more balanced diet have made it possible for Bear to go from almost being dismissed from our program to being one of our model pack members. Congratulations big boy!
Kobe has struggled with allergies for most of the time he has been with us. He itched almost constantly. Mom had Kobe evaluated by and allergist a few months ago. With a change in diet and proper medication, Kobe rarely itches anymore. Now he is more engaging with our staff and his other pack members. It is a true joy to see how much fun he has playing with a wide variety of dogs. It is as if a great burden has been lifted off of Kobe’s shoulders.
