We have explored two doggy day care centers in our neighborhood, Central Bark Oakdale and another facility just a few miles away. We ultimately decided we much preferred Central Bark Oakdale. They limit doggy groups to 12 and I believe they group them by size, which is great for our somewhat anxious dog. They are clear about the daily schedule and often provide a report card at the end of the day, with adorable photos. I think they started giving a Kong each visit during one of the rest periods, which is so nice. The facility is clean, bright and modern, you can take an in- person tour of the grounds. If you lodge there, day care is included at no extra charge.

The staff and owners are great! Very friendly, professional and helpful. We come for puppy hour currently and it’s been so great for our puppy. Definitely recommend!
We love this place and all of it’s employees! We have had our puppy groomed here, by Brittany, and he looked amazing! We have attended basic obedience classes, with Heather, and have learned so much. We have also been to free puppy social hour on Saturday mornings. I have learned so much from being there. The owners and all the staff truly love dogs and have thought of everything to make you feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend going there for any classes, grooming services and doggy daycare. They also sell treats, food and supplies such as harnesses. I have found that the bully sticks and trachea’s that I have purchased from here have been better quality than others I have bought at other pet stores.
I have been taking my dog Betty to Central Bark twice a week for over a year. She loves playing with all her friends. When I pull up to the building she can hardly control her excitement to get inside. The staff is very kind and patient with her. I highly recommend Central Bark.
