Ziggy is a 14-month-old Golden Doodle who has been coming to Central Bark Gurnee for the last 12 of those 14 months. He started with us as a 20 pound ball of fluff and has quadrupled in size over the year. Although initially shy with strangers, Ziggy is easily befriended if you’re generous with treats. No treats needed though to greet his puppy pals every day. Ziggy loves all the other Doodles but his best Bark Buddies are Sig the Pointer and Benny the Pit Mix. Ziggy is full of energy and he starts the day playing, and ends the day playing just as hard. His only distraction is when that rude UPS truck blocks the view out the window and makes too much noise. Ziggy then likes to prove that he can make just as much noise if not more lol. However, our staff are working hard to teach Ziggy that he doesn’t need to hate on UPS, and he is definitely improving. Ziggy also likes his pampering; he is always happy when Chantel brings him back for a groom. Playtime, groom-time, treat-time, it’s always a great time at Central Bark with Ziggy (as long as it’s not UPS time). Congratulations Ziggy!
