Live in and around Greater Milwaukee? Own a dog? Want a dog? Or just love dogs and all kinds of pets? Then we’ve got something for you! Come join us at Petfest on September 23rd at Henry Maier Festival Park. It’s located at 200 N Harbor Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53202. Admission and parking are FREE and it’s a festival for the entire family, fur members included! Back for its 10th year, Petfest brings together thousands from across our Greater Milwaukee communities. And Central Bark will be front and center as this year’s title sponsor.
Central Bark Dog Park at PetFest
Created for animal lovers of all ages, the all-day event features festivities for the entire family to enjoy. Last year, more than 10,000 people came out along with 4,000 pets. This year, the Central Bark Dog Park is where pups can enjoy some off-leash play. Each play group is supervised by our dog day care enrichment specialists. Entrance to the Dog Park is 2-tickets per play session. Tickets can be purchased at one of three ticket booth locations throughout the Petfest grounds. They are $2/ticket or $10 for 6 tickets.
All the proceeds from the sale of Dog Park tickets go to Winston’s Wishes, the Wisconsin-based nonprofit. They’re focused on helping local dogs through their incredible and growing foster program, and 5+ acre sanctuary.
What’s Included at the Central Bark Dog Park
The Central Bark Dog Park at Petfest will feature separate play areas for small and large dogs. We will keep staff-to-dog ratios low in the Dog Park. This provides more opportunities to work and play with your dogs while maintaining a safe and fun environment. The Dog Park will also feature a Central Bark tent. This is where we will have different enrichment games and puzzles for dogs to play with. These fun and rewarding activities will encourage dogs to use their senses to problem solve. They will also learn new skills, and gain confidence.

And cats, kids, and especially anyone who loves animals!
