Ms. Moonie makes everyone smile when she walks through the door. She loves to greet all the handlers by giving them a little smile and tail wag before going into her kennel in the morning. Moonie is a 3 year old yellow lab with the spunk of a puppy. She isn’t your classic super hyper lab, she just knows how to have a good time and be well mannered at the same time. Moonie has advanced training in obedience and agility. Here at Central Bark, there isn’t a dog or ball that Moonie won’t play with. Her favorite game to play with others is tug-of-war and she rarely looses. We have trade-marked one of Moonie’s favorite relaxation positions as “The Moonie,” Moonie lies on her back with all four feet in the air and hangs her head to the side. It’s quite the sight to see. We’ve witnessed other dogs doing “the Moonie.” Moonie is always up for an afternoon belly scratch and soaks up all the attention she can get. Congrats Moonie on being June’s Dog of the Month!
