Cosmo is one of our favorite Bichons at Central Bark Philly (her new little brother Rascal is our other!). She has been gracing us with her presence at day care every day for over a year already! Comso loves to play with our other little white fluffy dogs. Keep tearing it up, Cosmo, and congratulations on being February’s Dog of the Month!
