Although we didn’t get many showers this April, we have our very own May flower here at the Eastside, Carbon, and he’s the May dog of the month!! Carbon is a three year old lab mix that spends four days with us here at the Eastside. Carbon is a favorite among dogs and handlers! When Carbon comes in, he struts his way to the back getting his morning love on the way, knowing exactly where to go. He is so excited to play he wiggles every which way in his crate in anticipation. His little black book is filled with friends everywhere from Razzle, and Clover, to Reagan, and Oscar. When Carbon is tired of romping around with his friends, he finds a handler to sit by for some love, or he kicks back and relaxes in a nice comfy spot, until the urge to romp strikes again! Carbon gets a ride home in our Canine Cab every night he’s here and loves the extra pets and love from the shuttle drivers. When he gets home, he curls up and naps the day away until he can come do it all again the next day! Congratulations, Carbon on being our May dog of the month! Carbon may be one of the most abundant chemicals on the planet, but we have a diamond here at the Eastside!
