Congrats, Renley!

Meet Renley. He turned a year old this past April, but we don’t think that
slowed him down a bit. In fact, he seems to GAIN energy every time we see him;
which is probably why he comes to day care almost every day! Renley is a German
Pincher, a rare breed that dates back to the early 1800’s. With their high prey
drive, these dogs were extremely useful in herding and rounding up less than
desirable vermin. Renley, however, is content to just play, wrestle and romp
with his friends, as well as receive any and all the attention he can get from
his human buddies. Arriving early each morning, Ren is riddled with excitement
and leaps into the air in utter joy (literally, this dog can leap, HIGH) in
anticipation of what’s to come. Once he finally makes it outside, he wastes no
time getting down to business. David, Amelia, Maddie, Lady, Ollie, Lulu, Rosco
and Zoe get in line for a chance to play with this popular guy. And he never
seems to slow down-if he’s ever taken a break to catch his breath, we’ve never
seen it. If only we all had some of that energy… Congratulations, Ren, you are
truly a model day care citizen. That smile says it all. We hope that you will be
with us for many, many years to come! Enjoy your September Dog of the Month
status!
