Everyday doggy day care has it’s class clown and Downtown is no exception. Meet our beloved Basset Hound, Louis! This comical gentleman has us rolling in the aisles with his antics from morning to night! His booming bark alerts any dog in the area he is ready to play. His ears go airborne as he runs out to his playgroup. And Louis is not particular about his friends either-he’ll play with just about any dog that gives him the time of day; which makes for a sleepy boy by the end of the night, we hear. He has tons of friends but seems pretty sweet on a gal named Junebug! They pretty much wrestle every Monday, Wednesday & Friday which I think is how Louis keeps that physique of his so toned. And last but not least, you may think that after a hard day of play and those short Basset legs, he’d be trotting out slowing at the end of the evening, but hold on to that leash because Louis practically gallops out the door into his parents waiting arms! Mr. Louis has been a source of great joy for all of us here at Central Bark and we thought we’d return the favor by honoring him as November 2016’s Dog of the Month! Congratulations!
