What Dog Owners in Kenosha Say About Central Bark
The groomer nicked my dog, which I understand happens, however we were not informed if this until I called to investigate after seeing blood when I got home.
His tail was not groomed at all, even though it was specifically requested.
His nails weren’t trimmed as they claimed to be.
Furthermore, when I called to speak to a manager to investigate what happened while my dog was in the care of the team at Central Bark Kenosha, he was rude and unprofessional. And when I said such, and gave my concerns, the response I got, very aggressively, was “Well I’m having a bad day”.
You’re the manager of a whole team, that deals with dogs and their owners. I get bad days, but you absolutely DO NOT get to take it out on your clients that are calling with legit concerns! I was then hung up on.
When I called back to attempt to get confirmation of my refund, I was give short, rude, unprofessional responses by another staff member (the manager refused to take the call and actually handle the situation)
I then received a call, from Mark Dandrea, defending the manager and the events, and telling me that I was handling the situation wrong. His demeanor was the same as the manager I spoke with, careless about his customers.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I have a 3 year old, full of energy pitbull and we had a terrible experience at Bark Away in Kenosha (would never recommend that place to anyone) which lead us to finding a new doggie daycare and my husband and I are so thankful we found them! Central bark has staff that knows how to handle all different types of dogs and situations that may arise which made us feel so much better. Our dog absolutely loves coming here and drags me through the doorway when we arrive and always comes home exhausted from playing all day! She’s also usually very unsure of men but is so excited to see Jason and Luke. Their staff is always so kind and you can truly tell they all love working with dogs. I recommend this place to all my family and friends! Best doggie daycare place in Kenosha.

I was worried like a crazy dog mom yet I saw photos and got messages that she was loving being with other dogs doing well. Thank you to Central Bark for taking care of our girl, posting 100+ photos everyday and being in communication while we were away. Central Bark is highly recommended!

They handled my GSP with great care and did a good job on nail trimming. Definitely will be back in the future!
