Riggs is a 1 year and 4 months old Shih Tzu who absolutely loves to play! Riggs’ best friends are Bud the Pug and Bryn, a Terrier Mix. Riggs will play with his pals all day long! He makes sure to fit in plenty of treat breaks and of course some belly rubs. His signature moves are running so fast that his head bobs back and forth, and rolling over on his back to get some extra attention from the handlers. We love you Riggs, aka Rigatoni!
