Miss Skylar, as her mom calls her, is a 12 year old Border Collie. Skylar has been coming to day care at least 2 times a week for over 10 years. One would think that in 10 years, she would slow down. Well, not Skylar. Besides the occasional sore muscle, she is full of energy and rarely stands still. Skylar’s favorite place to be is in the pools. Give that girl some water and she is as happy as can be and will entertain herself for hours. Border Collies are herding dogs and Skylar is no exception. She will herd the usual; small animals, toys, people, and other dogs, but that’s not all. Her favorite thing to herd is the pooper scooper! We’re still not sure why, but we don’t judge. Skylar’s popularity hit a new high when her mom set Skylar up with her very own Facebook Fan Page with 59 whole fans!! (Like I mentioned, we don’t judge). Congrats Skylar…we love ya!!
