Meet Jack, a spectacular 6-year-old Springer Spaniel. The typical breed traits are often described as: friendly, eager to please, active, faithful, intelligent, quick to learn, and willing to obey. Jack exhibits all these plus more. Besides being ruggedly handsome, he can be silly, carefree, dignified, curious, or playful at the drop of a hat. We know by the way he pulls his dad in the door each morning that he can’t wait to see all of his doggy pals for the day; and there are many. But, Jack is a true “ladies man”, preferring the company of our gorgeous, younger gals. In particular, Chloe, a long-legged red head that enjoys all the attention Jack lavishes upon her. What girl wouldn’t be flattered? Jack is as charming as they come. Once Jack assures Chloe that he only has eyes for her, he takes a well-deserved rest while he oversees that the playground is running smoothly, checking in occasionally with his main squeez e to make sure she has everything she needs. Jack can be frequently seen dipping his toes in the pool on warm summer days, navigating the agility equipment in the fall, relaxing and soaking up some sun the springtime or chomping on a snowball in the winter months. No matter what the season, he makes the most out of our crazy Wisconsin weather! At the end of the day, Jack still finds the strength to burst through the door at pick up time to greet dad as though he hasn’t seen him in years and receives a warm hello back. Great job, Jack! You are July’s Dog of the Month!
Congrats, Jack!
