This Is Penny. This feisty red-head has been with us since September 2009. Let me tell you, she is one that will keep you on our toes and wondering what’s next. When she and her gal pals get going, there is no stopping them. Miss Penny will liven up any room-at home, on the streets, and here at Central Bark Manitowoc. She is always a joy to have around.
