Our Trainer

Carly Brown
Hello, I’m Carly Brown! I’ve had a passion for animals since I was a young child and I’m so grateful that my professional journey has led me here. I am certified as both a Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) and a Fear-Free Professional. As a trainer, I value science-based approaches to learning and am committed to practicing reward-based methods of teaching.
Every year I aim to progress my knowledge and practical skills by staying up to date as science and the animal training industry continues to grow. I regularly attend continuing education opportunities, both at in-person national conferences, like Clicker Expo, and virtually through venues like Control Unleashed and The Lemonade Conference, among many others.
When working with dogs I love to train life skills, support behavior through behavior modification, and explore the world of dog sports like disc, nose work, and competitive obedience. I live on a 16-acre farm with my husband, multi-dog household, horses, and cats; I love my crew!
