It’s fashion show time again! After a two-year hiatus, it’s time for Oktoberfest and the Oktoberfest Doggie Fashion Show!

What? The Oakland Park Oktoberfest Doggie Fashion Show presented by Central Bark
When? Sunday, October 9. Show will begin at 4pm sharp
Where? Jaco Pastorius Park, 4000 North Dixie Highway, Oakland Park, FL 33334

If you would you like to enter your pup in the fashion show, here’s what you need to know:

1. All well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
2. All ages are welcome.
3. Dogs must have proof of vaccination. No sick or unhealthy dogs are allowed.
4. No aggressive dogs or dogs in heat.
5. Dog owners are responsible for the actions of their dogs.
6. All dogs must be on a fixed leash and in control at all times.
7. The safety of all dogs at the event is the responsibility of the owner.
8. Owners will be responsible for any damage or harm caused to property, people or other animals due to their own actions or the actions of their dog.
9. Dog owners need to clean up after their animal. It is the owner’s responsibility to bring their own waste bags.
10. Costumes must be comfortable and safe for the dog.
11. Central Bark will contact each registrant to confirm registration. Owners should send the following to ftlauderdale@centralbarkusa.com by 5pm on Saturday, October 8:
    a. Photo of their dog
    b. Proof of vaccination
    c. A short blurb about their dog which will be read during the competition.
12. Check-in at the Central Bark tent will be from 3-4pm on Sunday. Show will begin at 4pm sharp.
13. There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes – plus bragging rights!

2. Bring your dog to Jaco Pastorius Park on Sunday, October 9. Check-in is between 3-4pm.
