Meet The Pack Leaders!
Linda (with Gabe, Cooper and Haley)
Owner
After many years spent as a corporate controller, Linda stopped to reflect on her career goals for the future. She felt that her experiences in corporate accounting, human resources, and as a member of the management team prepared her to move to the next level – running her own business.
Why dogs? Linda has always had a soft spot in her heart for her furry companions, from the mix breed that kindly tolerated her as a toddler to the three dogs that she has today, they have all been special members of her family. When Linda learned about Central Bark Doggy Day Care, she knew it was meant to be.
What is so great about Central Bark Doggy Day Care? Although some may think doggy day care is frivolous, our doggy parents have learned that the benefits make it totally worthwhile. Puppies who attend doggy day care grow up to be well-adjusted dogs. Shy dogs gain confidence and become more out-going. High energy dogs that tend to get into trouble at home calm down and behave. Dogs are social animals and they LOVE playing with their friends. All of the social interaction combined with the physical exertion while playing is more effective in tiring out a high energy dog than taking them out running. At doggy day care, they use their minds in addition to using their bodies. Central Bark Doggy Day Care is truly the best way to love your dog!
Linda is certified in Pet First Aid and attends seminars on dog behavior.
Pictured with Linda are her 3 canine kids - Gabe, a Golden Retriever, Cooper, a Beagle/Aussie mix, and Haley, a Beagle/Hound mix. Not pictured is Chuck, her significant other, who has been extremely supportive of her business.
