Join Central Bark Philadelphia and Opportunity Barks at the Third Annual Mutt Strut, benefiting PAWS, the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society. Raise funds by walking your dog as one of the Central Barker team. Check out the SPOOOKY obstacle course, bob for bones and follow the Mummers on the strut. Need a dog? You can rent one from PAWS!
