Wow, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and level of commitment to the dogs. The staff were great with my dog, in fact, my dog would rather be there than spend a whole day with me. She came home tired out and happy. I would recommend them to any of my friends. They took care of my dog like it was one of their own. Great for when you work long hours! They worked with my schedule!

Koji had a wonderful stay over the Columbus Day weekend. Based on Koji's joyous but calm demeanor, as at the daycare, he must had a great time with Portia & Anthony, teachers and friends at the Sleepovers. I think he is missing CB today! Thank you for giving Koji such loving care.

We took our 5 month old beagle Murphy there yesterday during a last minute trip to Philadelphia. Everyone was so nice and accommodating taking him at the last minute. I think that he a great time because he slept the whole way home to CT! Thank you for everything!

After being disappointed at the minimalist approach to boarding at our regular vet, we decided to board our dog with Central Bark for about 10 days this summer. We took a tour first and were impressed with the facilities - clean, safe and entertaining for the dogs with helpful, knowledgeable, and caring staff. We took our basset hound to day care once a week for 3 weeks before our trip - each time she had a safe and fun experience. Because of this, we were confident leaving our dog with Portia and the gang. We returned from our vacation to a happy, healthy, clean dog who did not miss us at all while we were away! In fact, it's hard to tell who was on vacation...We highly recommend Central Bark to anyone interesting in daycare or boarding. We're lucky to have a place like this in Philly. Thanks!

My dog Jack and I would not be able to survive if it wasn't for Portia, Anthony, Aubrey, and the rest of the Gang! Jack is a crazy little man with more energy than I would ever know what to do with. WIth my ever changing school schedule and Jack's need to be in constant motion, Central Bark is the perfect match. Not only do they help me when I have to be in school at 6:30 am but when I have crazy dog questions, health concerns (for Jack,) or just your general dog needs the folks @ central bark are FANTASTIC! Jack starts crying 2 blks away every time we head over...and he's there everyday! He loves his buddies and the staff and so do I . I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog.

Hello Portia and staff:
Czar was the self appointed floor monitor, his main job was to prevent food dropped from the dining room table from ever hitting the floor. He has been doing an excellent job until the day he came home from Central Bark doggie day care. Here is Czar, for the first time in his life, literally sleeping on the job. This after I intentionally dropped a treat. It hit the floor. He did not budge! He was just so gleefully wiped out.

I just moved here from Colorado and on my journey across country I was wondering what I should do with my dog. I called Central Bark and Portia allowed my dog to come play for days. We have many doggy day care places in the West and Central Bark really meets all requirements that a good doggy day care needs. I highly recommend Central Bark, they are friendly and really take great care of the dogs. Laurel and Kona

The Philly Central Bark is awesome!!!
That's what my year old Vizsla, Shylee,would say if she could talk. Butt (punintended) she doesn't have to, it's all in her wiggle and tail wagging as soon as she steps into daycare. Shy has been attending daycare at the Philly location 2 months and this place has it all. Cleanliness, structure, open indoor and outdoor space, and owners/staff that foster leadership, care and genuine love for all the dogs.

My Star has been going to day care since its opening in May and I cannot tell you how happy she is, and how happy I am, with it. She was abused as a puppy and is very timid, however, since going to Central Bark twice a week, has really begun to open up. She absolutely LOVES IT. She yells at me in the morning to hurry up and get ready to take her. Portia, Anthony and the rest of the staff are true dog lovers and Star is always happy to see them.

I have been bringing my dog, Margeaux, twice a week since the Philadlephia store opened. IT HAS BEEN GREAT!!! She comes hope exhausted, happy and relaxed. Since bringing her to Central Bark I have a much happier and better behaved dog. The staff here is also fun and trully loves dogs. I strongly recomend it to anyone.

Well, Killian had his first day of day care yesterday, and all reports indicate it was a successful day! He must have had a great day because he slept all the way home. In fact, he was only awake long enought to eat his dinner, and then it was right back to sleep. We're looking forward to many happy days there!
