Congratulations Lady Bug!
Have you ever heard of Clifford the Big Red Dog? He attends day care at Central Bark Chicago! Ok, not really. But we do have a big dog of our own here. Her name is Lady Bug. “Bug” as she is affectionately called at day care started coming to play with us when she was just a few months old. She is a beautiful black lab mix that could not have weighed more than 25 lbs. at the time. When she was adopted, her Mom was told that she would be a medium sized dog, somewhere around 50 lb. Bug had ideas of her own, though. She decided she did not want to stop growing at 50 lb. She weighs in at about 80lb now and is still growing and growing and growing and growing. We don't mind, though. The more there is of Bug, the more there is to love!

Bonnie has been a dog mom and dog lover
her entire life, and spent the past ten years working
in the food service industry. It wasn't until she started
taking her dog to Central Bark™ that she made
the decision to take her life and career in a completely
different direction. Bonnie is thrilled and proud to be
on board with Central Bark™ as the first (and hopefully
first of many) franchisees in Chicago. She, along with
her Black Lab Kelly and Beagle Romeo, are looking forward to
