Ernie from Central Bark Sheboygan, WI is December's Top Dog of the month
Central Bark Doggy Day Care of Sheboygan, WI is happy to present Ernie, December's Top Dog of the month. Central Bark provided some comments from Ernie's parent Erin.
CB: Please explain why Ernie is so special.
Erin: Ernie is a very vibrant and energetic pup. He has a great puppy smile and gives lots of kisses. He likes to help fold laundry and rearrange the couch cushions most nights, while at home. He loves to play fetch with tennis balls and sticks, but he is still learning how to bring them back. Ernie truly believes every human and dog in the world is his best friend and loves to play with them!
CB: Can you describe your most memorable moment with Ernie?
Erin: Santa brought Ernie to our home in December 2010. We were walking up the stairs with Alison (his 4 year old human sister) on a December afternoon after picking her up from daycare and she saw young Ernie running towards her for the first time. She held my hand, turned and looked at me and said "Santa brought Ernie early!!"
CB: What would you like to say to all the Ernie fans out there?
Erin: Ernie would like to thank his friends Charlie, Desmond, and the rest of the gang at Central Bark for playing tug with him and teaching him good puppy manners. He also wants to give a special thank you to Linda and the rest of the human team at Central Bark in Sheboygan for helping him learn good manners throughout his first year. Ernie wants to tell all his fans to come and visit him at Central Bark so that he can keep meeting new friends and learning good manners.
CB: What else can you tell us about Ernie?
Erin: Ernie is 1 year old (October 12), I don’t know his height or weight but I’m thinking he is 70-80 lbs. He likes his Fromm’s food (surf and turf), hats and mittens to chew on, tennis balls and dog bones.
