As a Hotelier by trade and dog lover by choice, I have combined my 13 years experience with my passion. Doggy Day Care was a natural choice for me and for New Orleans because of the lack of canine awareness in the area. As a New Orleans native, I am excited to bring a business I have also longed for to you. Now instead of 2 legs, my hotel guests will have 4! What more could a girl ask for? So, stop by and meet my baby, I am excited to meet yours.
Training with Animal Planets Zak George!
These classes fill up quickly and advanced reservations are highly recommended.
Do you have a dog? Would you like your dog to listen to you better? Could your relationship with your dog benefit from better communication? If so, consider signing up for one of Zak George's all new beginner dog training classes! We must say, the response has been fantastic for Zak's training classes! You might know Zak from his dog training TV series on Animal Planet, "SuperFetch", or "Dogs 101". He is very well known for his innovative use of humane, positive training to achieve exceptional results.
Classes will include dealing with unwanted and destructive behaviors (potty training, chewing, play biting, barking, digging, jumping and more) as well as the basics in obedience (sit, lie down, stay, come when called, leash walking, leave something alone when you ask and more), socialization and, most importantly, overall communication.
Here is some important information about Zak’s classes:
· The fee is $150.00 per dog for 5 sessions.
· Pre-payment before the start of class is required. Please call 504-832-9247 to arrange payment and reserve your spot.
· On the first day dogs are optional. Only bring your dog if they are not likely to be a disruption since there is a lot of lecture given on the first day.
· All dogs must be on a non-retractable leash attached to a nylon, or leather collar or harness. No choke chains or prong collars allowed.
· Well socialized and behaved dogs are a must.

Central Bark New Orleans is happy to announce our partnership with Dog Trainer, Zak George. Zak has 2 TV shows; one on Animal Planet called SuperFetch and a BBC series in the UK titled Who Let the Dogs Out. He has made TV appearances on shows like Rachael Ray, Letterman, Jimmy Fallon, Dogs 101, CBS Early Show and many others.
