I would like to compliment Laura and Kevin on an outstanding job! I would not be able to keep my dogs without their help, as I work so many hours. My dogs LOVE to go to doggy day care and jump for joy (literally) when they know where they are going. I have never met two more dedicated people to their profession in all of my life! I cannot recommend Central Bark Grayslake enough!!!! They are the BEST!!!!!

Our puppy Kingsley has been going to Central Bark for two months now. He absolutely adores the place, so much in fact that when my wife leaves for work int he morning, he is expecting a ride in the car to go to Central Bark!

With a somewhat random work hours, it is indeed a blessing that Kingsley can socialize with other dogs and learn all the things that puppies need to learn. Joyce and I sincerely appreciate all that Central Bark does, and the crew is simply the best!

I have been more than impressed with Kevin, Laura and the entire team at Central Bark. They truly show their love for dogs and, that is so important to animal lovers.

Janey (aka Dorkita) spends quite a few sleepovers (due to my job and sporadic vacations) - but, she is happy to arrive at Central Bark so, I have no worry. But, Janey is also happy when I come back. It is the best of both worlds.

We love Central Bark!

We've been coming for over 15 months, and we absolutely love it. I work nights, so having a safe (not to mention fun and loving) environment for Sadie was a dream come true. She has a full day of fun with her friends while I get some sleep. She loves going... she gets so excited! Murphy joined our family earlier this year and now he goes with Sadie. He loves it just as much!

The Canine Cab is such valuable feature for our family. Again, because of my unusual schedule, I sometimes don't get home until late morning, so by the time I get home, the bassetts are already enjoying their day and I can just fall into bed. What a blessing!

As a mother of three teens, life gets crazy sometimes and I can't express how grateful we are to know that our pups are in such an energetic yet nurturing environment. Every person we have ever met at Central Bark has shown genuine interest and concern for our family. If we ever have any schedule changes, Laura and Kevin are always flexible. Thanks! We have also had GREAT experiences with sleepovers and grooming. You guys are the best!

One final bonus: we just love reuniting with our hounds in the evening... you can tell they've had a great day, they are happy yet tired (and then they get into much less mischief!)

Our grandpuppy "Griffin" is our love, he loves 'doggy day care' we heard he was chosen pet of the month for April and had to check it out. He is such a dear, his "smile" is the best. Hello! My baby Kizzie loves going to doggy day care. As soon as we get home she is so tired from all the fun she has had. I don't know what I would do without doggy daycare. It makes me feel so much better when I have to go to work in the morning.

Today was Brady's first day at CBDDC. The staff is great!!! I feel very comfortable knowing Brady is in good hands while at CBDDC. He feel asleep in the car on the way home!! He can't wait until next week! :)

Thank you for taking care of our baby "BOBO". We are really happy with the service and quality care. Few months back we travelled out of country and we were worried how I my dog is going to react. Well, Killian had his first day of day care yesterday, and all reports indicate it was a successful day! He must have had a great day because he slept all the way home. In fact, he was only awake long enought to eat his dinner, and then it was right back to sleep. We're looking forward to many happy days there!

My dogs have been attending doggy day care at the downtown location for almost 2 years now. This location is like family, not only do my dogs get excited and love this place, but so do I. The employees and management are the best in the business, they make you feel like friends, not "customers." These people do more than just watch my dogs, they take care of my children, and that is what is important. Thank you so much for all you do.

I had to write and tell everyone what an absolutely fabulous place the Grayslake, IL Central Bark Doggy Day Care is! We currently send our beloved Boston Terrier Chloe to day care and she loves it! When she realizes where we are going she gets really exicted! When we pick her up at night she falls asleep in the car, snoring, the whole way home. She is completely exhausted but totally content. When we drop her off in the morning everyone welcomes Chloe and is truely excited to see her! It puts us at ease knowing they care about her like we do! We also have a 3 month old Boston Terrier, Audrey, that often comes to say hello when we pick up Chloe. Audrey has already made friends with everyone at Central Bark - she even got a gift at Christmas and she isn't even a customer yet! Laura and Kevin are very genuine, you can tell they love dogs and what they are doing, and have great customer service. We recommend everyone going to Central Bark for the well being of your dog and the sanity of the humans!!! Thanks to everyone at the Grayslake location!

My poor Yellow Lab Wrigley gets stuck locked away in a small room all day and so a few weeks ago, I started taking him to the Grayslake Central Bark once a week. He loves it! Every Thursday he's running around the house in the morning and can't wait to get going! When I pick him up, he sleeps in the car, periodically waking up to give dad a kiss (obviously thanking me for the fun day). Thanks Central Bark!

O.k. so we already wrote a gushing review of the Central Bark Grayslake location a couple of months ago, but we had to share about another great experience. We have been sending our Boston Terrier, Chloe, to Central Bark since last fall. We are now happy to say we are sending her baby sister, Audrey, as well. Audrey didn't do so well socializing in Puppy class, to the point where the trainer (at a big box dog mart) had made some comments. Laura, Kevin and the handlers at Central Bark were kind enough to let Audrey come for one hour to see how she did. Audrey is now there for an entire day once a week and she is doing GREAT! The socialization that Audrey has gotten at Central Bark has taught her how to behave around other dogs. We can now take her on walks and she is curious about the other dogs, not afraid of them. Thanks to Central Bark for helping us and Audrey become a happier dog! Chloe appreciates it too, because now she can go on more walks with her sister.

In the late summer of 2006 we met Laura and Kevin, the owners of the then-newly opened Central Bark in Grayslake, and knew right away our new puppy, Bailey, would be in great hands. Now, almost one year later, he still loves going to Central Bark in Grayslake. It really is his "home away from home." I mean this pup is the happiest, well-adjusted, bundle of energy we've ever seen. We think Central Bark had a lot to do with that. Thank you guys for all you do for Bailey every single day he's there. He looks forward to the play time with all of his doggy buds, running after the laser beam, chasing the water that comes out of the hose, and his peaceful, nightly car ride home with Renee from A Walk in the Park. Thanks to our great team of dog-loving professionals, Bailey has a terrific life. And when he's happy, we're happy!

We always know when it's "play time" as Austin, our Siberian Husky, wakes us up extra early on days that we bring him to Central Bark. It is amusing to see how excited he is to get to go play with his friends. Judging by the way we're pulled into the front door by Austin, we know that Laura, Kevin, and team do a terrific job with the dogs. As a result, we tell all of our friends and neighbors about the great experience Central Bark provides to us and Austin.
Keep up the good work! We can't wait to have Austin's birthday party there soon!

We started taking our puppy Oscar to Central Bark this past June when he was 9 months old. He absolutely LOVES going to play with his friends and is extra excited those mornings when he knows we are heading there. Kevin and Laura and everyone on the Central Bark Team are absolutely incredible!!! You can feel it every time you walk through the door that they care for our baby and understand why we are there. We just had Oscar's 1st Birthday Party at Central Bark and it was an absolute success! Kevin and Laura did EVERYTHING you can imagine to make it a special day for Oscar (and us!). All the dogs (and humans) had a great time! We love Central Bark - not only for the peace of mind it gives us - but for the obvious joy it brings to Oscar. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
