Meet The Pack Leaders!
Kate brings over 8 years of experience with Central Bark to CBDDC Fort Lauderdale. Starting as a dog handler in Milwaukee, she quickly worked her way up to management at one of the largest stores in the company. Running a day care that averaged 100 dogs per day, she has mastered the Central Bark philosophy. Kate prides herself in providing the safest possible environment for the dogs while also maintaining the highest level of customer service for both 2 and 4 legged customers. She is certified in Pet First Aid and has studied under many renowned Animal Behaviorists. From Kate's smile to her attitude to the care she shows in everything she does, you will recognize what a true animal lover she is the minute you meet her and see why she is loved by customers, employees and dogs alike. Kate is accompanied by her 4 legged companions Aida Mae, a 10 yr old Blue Heeler/Beagle mix and Willow, a 6 yr old deaf Australian Shepherd. All three are thrilled to be joining the CB Fort Lauderdale team and invite you to stop in and say hi at any time, they can't wait to meet you!!!

Miguel Garcia
Groomer
Graduate of the Pets Playground School for Pet Grooming in Florida, Miguel has been with Central Bark since 2004. He specializes in all breed cuts as well as cat grooming. Whether he is washing a dog, clipping nails, or providing a full hair cut, Miguel takes great pride and joy in his work. Miguel is the proud parent of two dogs, Rico and Lindo, as well as a six-toed Hemingway cat, Fuerte. Please contact Miguel at 954-566-4764 to schedule an appointment.

Christine Geschwill is a Certified Professional Dog
Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA). She is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and holds her certification in PetTech Pet First Aid & CPR. Christine is an American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen and Star Puppy Evaluator, as well as a Dog Scouts of America Scoutmaster, and Canine Life and Social Skills Evaluator. She currently competes in agility and Rally-O with her Beautiful pup Grace. Please help us welcome Christine to the Central Bark family!

Q: Is there a schedule of activities and safety rules?
A: Yes. Our day is broken up into areas of play, rest, feeding and more. And we always keep a watchful eye on canine good manners.
